Description
The 7th highest mountain in the world is Mt. Dhaulagiri. The trek is challenging and adventurous. This magnificent peak rises as a giant shoulder of shinning ice and snow. The trail takes you to the foot hills of Dhaulagiri, which further leads you to the Base Camp of the Dhaulagiri. Once reached the base camp, you’ll witness the gigantic northern wall of the mountain as well as the splendid views of the Dhaulagiri I, III and IV. The trek also cross the Kali Gandaki River, French Pass, the hidden valley, Marpha and thru the upper Kali Gandaki Valley in Jomsom. Dhaulagiri is also popularly known as “White Mountain”.

Day 9: Doban-Chariban.
Day 10: Chariban-American Base Camp.
Day 11: American Base Camp-French Base Camp.
Day 12: Free day in French Base Camp.
Day 13: French Base Camp-Dhaulagiri Base Camp.
Day 14 : Dhaulagiri Base Camp-Yak Kharka Chorten.
Day 15: Yak Kharka Chorten-Yak Kharka.
Day 16: Yak Kharka-Marpha.
Day 17: Marpha-Jomsom (trek ends).
Day 18: Fly Jomsom-Pokhara.
